Got my daith pierced about three weeks ago and traveled almost 45 minutes just to get it done here. Very clean and at the same time very fast! Staff was very polite and informative of what was going on. Definitely going here again.

I wanted to talk to the artist but he refuses to return phone calls so manager told me to call owner. Called owner, he said he was busy with tattoo and will call after finished, that was a week ago. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!

I went to O'tool to get my belly button pierced a couple years back and Nick did a great job! Just recently got septum pierced by him as well and I'm very pleased. Very clean place with very nice people!

Went to see Jason (Shoey) Shoemaker on short notice yesterday for my friend's tattoo. Jason was very professional and attentive and did an EXCELLENT job! My friend LOVES her tattoo! It's clear Jason is talented and knows his craft.
The store is very nice. Clean. Gentleman working at the front desk was super nice and attentive.
