Very clean and the space is nice and new that was the best part of it. Justin did a coverup on my arm and I texted him a few times with questions and I never received a response from him. He said he’d text me some ideas and he never drew them up and never sent them to me. He doesn’t communicate well. My last appointment (which will be my last with him and ambitious ink) I said goodbye to the guys and not one of them responded to me. It was very awkward (because I said it twice) and unprofessional. Also my coverup is nothing how I wanted it to be unfortunately. Now I have to go fix it elsewhere and spend more money on a color. He seemed to want to rush the appointments as well. Wouldn’t recommend.
