Benny is the BEST! He's patient, kind, and always listens to what I want. I just got my 4th tattoo from him tonight. Each is unique and special. He takes my ideas and inspiration, and adds his amazing artistic talent. I love how he designs with me on sight so we can work together to get the perfect outcome. No matter what I have in mind, he astonishes me with his interpretation. I can't recommend him enough. If you want something beautiful, amazing, timeless, and one that will stand the test of time (he knows how skin will age), Benny is your guy.

I don’t even have the words to explain how amazing this place is, as someone who has a decent amount of tattoos and have dealt with all types of shops and all types of artists and this one is hands down my favorite, I’ve gotten tattoos from Nick twice now and each time is better than the last. Their front desk person is such a comforting soul it makes me feel like they really want me there. Aside from their customer service their skill is next level, I’ve never personally been tattooed by Benny but have two friends who have, clean and crispy lines both times. You can’t go wrong no matter who you get tattooed by here. 10/10 they have a lifelong customer.

Seriously the best place to get a tattoo in Springfield, IL! The name says it all - everyone at this shop is Good Hearted. Benny did a memorial piece for my mom who passed this year and I was in tears over how beautiful it is. This is the one tattoo shop where I actually felt welcome and safe. Had a great experience with nick. He did a Phenomenal job on my tattoo. Everyone was very friendly and the wait wasn’t that bad for a walk in. Will definitely be back again. I would tell anyone I know to come see good heart for their next tattoo!

Where to start, this was a huge disappointment. Heard great things about Benny, went to him for my first tattoo. It was the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. I gave him all the pictures and ideas 3 plus weeks in advance. When I show up he ask if I know what I want, he didn't even look at the pictures until the day I showed up. Then told me the pictures were bad and they didn't know what they were doing. It was done by another artist. He then changes what I want, said he would do color like I asked then changed it to no color. He stopped! Not once but 3 different times to talk to people and walk away. He said he doesn't stop tattoos in session. That's a lie. Got up and walked away 3 Times. I know why he didn't want to do the one I wanted, he can't handle lines very well. I'm going to have to go to someone else to get mine fixed. The lines are terrible, not symmetrical at all. Very mis shapped. Also tried talking on the phone while tattooing me. It's not worth it people, he is rude and not professional.
