Rude female answered the phone acting like it bothered her to answer my simple question about their services. She cut me off mid sentence and barely let me ask any other questions. No class, just crass. They lost my business and several others who witnessed her rude behavior. I will continue to spread the word not to bother with Tattoos in Time, when they don’t want to make the time for their customers.

I got my nose pierced here by Taylor and she did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and it was quick and painless!

Amy did a cover-up on my wrist and she did amazing!!!!! I showed her what I wanted and I told her she could make it bigger or smaller whatever she needed to do to cover up what was already on my wrist. She did an outstanding job!!! I mean it looks amazing! I am very happy with this tattoo and I will definitely be going here for my future tattoo and piercing needs and referring my friends as well! The atmosphere of the shop is unlike the other ones that I’ve been to. Very welcoming and clean! You won’t be disappointed if you get your tattoos or piercings done here!

Jimmy Helton is the only person I let tattoo me, his price range is VERY Reasonable and really hooks you up with the best work you could possibly find for the Best price in Indy. They make you feel welcomed into the shop as if you are family. Real laid back and mellow and they love to do great artwork. Definitely worth coming and seeing Jimmy, Amy, and Taylor! You wont want to go anywhere else after you find these great people!

If you would like to be treated with respect and dignity I would suggest other locations. I had heard such great things about this place and the artist I was scheduled to work with. When I showed up for my appointment though things went south very quickly as I was belittled and denied service. As a single mom I travel with my daughter everywhere I go. I showed up to my consultation with my daughter and was never told that she could not be at my appointment. As I have many other tattoos that she has sat with me for, I showed up to my appointment with her in toe.

I was then informed that “I can’t change the law, she can’t be here.”
When I requested my deposit back due to the artist himself cancelling due to a legality he threw a fit and kept telling me “we normally don’t do that” and “I’ll have to call my owner”. He then continued to belittle me and pulled money out of his own wallet.

When I politely said “I’m sorry I didn’t know my daughter couldn’t be here.” (Seeing as there is a sign that states “Minors under 18 must have adult supervision” and the fact that my daughters ears were pieced at a tattoo parlor. His response was to laugh at me and tell me “yeah, bringing your child into a tattoo parlor is like bringing them into a bar”

Needless to say I would not suggest this parlor. I asked for the law where it states what he was saying and received no answer. They had no problem taking my money and cancelling my appointment. I also contacted a lawyer to ask for said law (due to curiosity) to which I was told none exist stating that minors are unable to be present at the time of an adult being tattooed, they themselves are unable to be tattooed.

Regardless of it being a law or not, more respect could have been shown when canceling the appointment.

I had never had a tattoo before & was very nervous about it up until i walked into the shop. Jimmy was very nice and made sure the design i wanted was exact. I asked a few questions and he answered them honestly. when it was time for me to get my tattoo he explained what was going to happen & about how long it was going to take & it eased my nerves. i would definitely recommend going to this place, it is very clean & everyone is very nice& professional.

Amy did a great job! We all got anchors for my little sister who is in the Navy. She was so accommodating and nice. Her work is great in the small tattoos. Lines are clean and she was helpful in selection. Her aftercare is awesome too! Highly recommended, thank you!

I just got my ears pierced and had an amazing time in the shop. It was like we had met before, I felt comfortable and in the right place. I will be coming back to discuss my cover up, and will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks for a short but good time.

I absolutely love Amy’s work she did for my wrist tattoo! We are now working up a concept for a cover up on my foot! She is down to earth, has a lot of experience, makes sure it’s exactly what you want, very fair in price and the facility is extremely clean! I highly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed!

Got my first tattoo here a couple weeks ago! The place was clean and welcoming. Prices are fair as well! Amy was my artist and she walked me through everything! I absolutely love my tattoo! She did an incredible job! Can’t wait to go back and see her for another one!

Convenient location and great atmosphere. Jimmy is the man! I literally just left the shop for my second tattoo with him in the last 2 weeks. Friendly, professional, and CLEAN.
