This was an A+ perfect experience. The appointment was easily scheduled. The location is clean and comfortable. For 3 of us, it was a first tattoo and they all felt secure and appropriately encouraged. Russo understood our vision and they turned out exactly as we hoped. We have the coolest ever family tattoos. I made a deal with Kelly and Dusty 7 years ago walked in and Kelly still remembered me.She took care of my wife and did an excellent job and she is such a sweetheart. I like top of the line work i don't care what it cost! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives this place is number one

Everyone I've worked with at the Tattoo Lady has been awesome. I first reached out to them through Facebook and got a response back within minutes. They talked me through my questions and even gave me a quote.
Scheduling was a breeze. On the day of my appointment I met Bryan, one of the tattoo artists. He was very cool, laid back and not in a rush (we sat and drank coffee for a few). He answered my questions, made sure I liked the stencil, the size and positioning - a lot of opportunities for input along the way. His care instructions afterwards were clear, and he sent me away with a care package to make sure my tattoo looks great for years to come.
Bryan did a great job on this tattoo and gave me some advice on future designs too. Just the right amount of chit chat and focus on the work. For what it's worth, he's been tattooing for 7 years, is a combat veteran, and a nice guy.
My wife and I have both been inked here (Kelly and Bryan have worked on us). I highly recommend using them!

My wife son(16) and I drove 1.5 hrs to get a tat of his recently passed grandfather's name. Called ahead and put $20 down. Was told we were allotted 7:30p -9:30p. We got there 18 min. Early and Russo was able to get it stenciled and done by 7:35p. I asked if he could give me one and showed him a couple designs to choose from that would take less than an hour. He said three times that he didn't have time. I have two half sleeves and 10 other tats. I thought I could get a small one done since he was done fast. Guess not. Will not return, even for my son's free touch up.
