Wonderful experience! Shop was neat and clean. Diego took a look at the pic of the black one I had of the type of work I wanted. He was able to change it into a beautiful colorful one! He was always polite and patient, asking frequently if I needed a break. I am very pleased and happy with the services provided. I highly recommend this artist to all, GO, THIS IS THE PLACE. This was my 7th tattoo, but I know even a first time client will be very comfortable there.

Insensitive staff. Went in to get a tattoo of a handprint of my baby who I just lost, explained the situation, and the guy immediately went back to what he was doing before I walked in without acknowledging me. When I asked about his approach re line work, he was offended and replied "I do fine lines every day but is there someone else you wanted to talk to?" When I tried to clarify, he became sarcastic and just repeated himself slower. He was genuinely rude and insensitive. I do not recommend if you want to collaborate on something with an actual artist who won't get offended by simple questions, can handle collaboration regarding an idea, and is able to show even a tiny bit of care for their customers.

Had a great walk-in experience here. We walked in, we asked, and we were tattooed. Pretty efficient.

5 out of 5 wouldn't change a thing. Don hit me with some amazing work. We are not from Indy and came into town for the weekend. Don was able to communicate with us through email for reference pics and scheduling. Shop was clean all employees where nice to is. Keep it up guys.
