They worked with my busy schedule and got me and my sister in to do matching tattoos. Not only is the place so intriguing and have so many nik naks the stuffs for sale !! We walked out with more than just tattoos. The artist knows what he is doing and is not heavy handed at all!! My tattoo was on 6/18 and is completely done healing no bumpy lines or anything! The woman who answers the calls (I presume is his wife) is also so sweet and helped us so much. I really recommend this place. It’s a little hole in the wall kinda place and their prices are so reasonable.

I brought my best friend here to get her first tattoo on her 18th birthday (back in January). First we were told that her appointment was at 2. Whenever we got there, we had to wait an hour. Not too big of a deal, I understand people get busy and have other people on their hands, but it would’ve been nice to have someone say, “hey, it’s gonna be a little while before we can get to you.” Anyway, upon making her appointment she was not told who was going to be doing her tattoo. Nor were we told when we got there, that it was going to be an apprentice (we overheard someone say it, but were not told directly). Her tattoo was a very small (basically the size of a quarter, for reference) female symbol. Nobody asked for her ID, and nobody made her fill out paperwork. That should’ve been a red flag in and of itself. But we didn’t think much of it. After the tattoo was finished, there was no information given to her about aftercare, keeping it clean, etc. After she gave it a few weeks to let it heal, she had noticed that there was ink missing and that her tattoo was very patchy. She messaged the shop on Facebook, and they told her it looked fine, and to let it finish healing, but that touch ups were free and to contact them after it had finished healing if there was still something wrong. She waited another month and it still looked very patchy and anyone who looks at it can see that it was not very good work. So she messaged them again today. We were already in Muncie so instead of waiting for a response we decided to stop in. After being told that touch ups were free, they wouldn’t fix it for her because it had been done by someone else (someone else of their hiring, mind you) I’m not sure if said apprentice was fired or quit, but they directed her to the shop that he works at now and told us to go there. Why would she want to go to the same person that messed her simple tattoo up in the first place? In the midst of that, the two people that were there were laughing about it saying, “that’s funny” and I heard the guy there say he wasn’t going to fix it. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written for anybody, but first impressions say a lot and the fact that they didn’t keep their word about fixing it for her also says a lot. And overall, the atmosphere is just very unwelcoming.

Mitch was excellent quick and detailed. The place was clean and organized. I enjoyed the work. Not too bad on price either. Overall I am very satisfied
