I have gotten 2 pieces done here. The first one is absolutely beautiful. The second one I am not happy with at all. Never had to go back to get a touch let alone be told with the area they dont guarentee so it will be another 20 bucks for the touch up. I made an appointment for a late evening and got told that 9 should work but also got told since it was right before closing he couldnt promise anything. I proceeded to tell him I am driving 40 mins to come back. So I thought since I am spending gas made an appointment and am not happy with my tattoo that he would want to fix it. It wouldn't have taken more than 20 mins since it is a small tattoo. But since I have to pay for a touch up anyway I'll have someone else fix it.

Absolutely excellent service!!! By far the best in the business. I’ve had piercings by both lance and Arial and they were both outstanding. I highly recommend altered image!

I've never been pierced any where else. Generally quick unless they're busy. Just got my first tattoo done there, took about 45 minutes, nice and quick and it looks good

Been going there for years for piercings. Fair prices. A lot cheaper than most. Took my daughter there for her first two piercings besides her ears. We got pierced together. Special mother/daughter moment.

Walked in and the man acted as if he didn’t even care to get job done. People were hanging out in the lobby talking to each other, which I wouldn’t necessarily mind, but we had to wait for them to stop speaking to each other, they weren’t even getting waited on they were just having a conversation about something irrelevant) in order to get serviced. He acted as if he was annoyed to see us.
