I went in and got my nose pierced and also a triple forward Helix in my ear. Megan told me to use witch hazel 3-4 times a day and it got severely infected and my entire ear swelled up and looked like cauliflower ear. Went back in 4 days after I got pierced and they said to just use water to clean ear. Well the top piercing was engulfed into my cartilage and I ended up pulling it out through the back. Now I have 2 forward Helix piercings and one has lost the gem. It has been one week since I got pierced. Extremely disappointed and will never go there again.

Love this place! My 5 year old got her ears pierced, 7 year old bff got her daughters done, I have gotten several done here and hubs got tattooed here. Very professional, kind and welcoming! Will be back for all of our future needs!
