So as I am writing this I will be posting this to go with it as will since the employee wanted to follow me to clearance and harass me call me so many names it will be posted to TikTok too any way I have a doctors note to back it up I came in for cartilage piercing and they emailed me a way to keep my piercing clean nothing was given to me really just email really any way it won’t let me post a here or I would I got a ear infection it been please check out my TikTok I will have my followers keep up with this I posted the picture on here please look at them also the doctor notes too before they delete them

I’ve gotten my first piercing and my nose pierced here and they went perfectly everything healed amazing. Then I went to pierce my other ear. The manager who I respect and find very kind and easy to talk to asked me if his “apprentice” could pierce my ear. (Keep in mind she has no clue what she is doing) But without hesitation I said yes just to not be rude. She was a little older than me so I figured she had some type of good experience. I was very wrong. It’s been about 4 or 5 months since I’ve gotten my ear pierced and it got super infected and is still in the healing process. I’ve had to go to the doctors office for ear pain more than twice. DO NOT LET ANYONE GIVE YOU BODY MODIFICATIONS UNLESS IT IS A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL!

I got my septum tapered here earlier and the workers were rude and unhelpful. Another hole was created during the process and with the wrong needle! I reacted to the pain from the piercing by moving the piercers hand from my face and he cussed me. He was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. From that moment on he spoke to me in a harsh manner and never took accountability for his mistake. They provided no aftercare!

Took my 3 year old for ear piercings today, by the end of the day he had taken it out. The staff was great and let me bring him and the jewelry and put it back in for me free of charge and were so nice and understanding! I will be using them for all my piercing needs from now on!!!

It was very difficult to even book a tattoo appointment because the tattoo artist never answered the phone or texts. And if I went into the shop they were always 'busy at the moment'. And when we finally did meet they seemed excited but wouldn't look me in the eye. Very strange. If you're running a business customer care is important.
