The guy I spoke with about getting a tattoo was awesome, friendly and helpful. He gets 5 stars. The lady that does the piercing said she can do some of them without clean equipment. I walked out, there is no way I am getting anything done with dirty equipment.

VERY friendly staff. Reasonably priced. This was my first tattoo and they made me feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Already scheduled appointment for second tattoo on the other ankle.

Worst experience ever. I went in on my birthday, November 17th, with my best friend. The guy who owns the place was there and tattooing someone else. We had an appointment so I was confused when he had someone else in the chair. So we signed all the paper work, etc. Apparently the owner has hired a guy to work with him and he was going to be doing our tattoos. Honestly in hind sight, I feel stupid for even sitting down in the chair. The had me send the design( semi colon that also doubled as a cat, less that an inch tall and 1/2 inch wide) to email and they couldn’t get it printed out, so we waited about 45 minutes for him to get it, I should of been concerned that he couldn’t draw this up himself, and he had the secretary guy shrink it so he could trace it. So he starts setting up and again I feel so stupid for sitting down in the chair because this guy had NO IDEA what he was doing. He kept asking the owner questions that made we uncomfortable. So he starts the outline with like a tattoo pen? I’ve never seen a gun like that before and it’s ok, and then he wipes excess ink of and I’m immediately panicking because I don’t want him to do anymore, so I asked him to stop and I got up and told my friend I wanted to leave and I didn’t think this guy had any idea what he was doing EVEN THOUGH HE SAID HED BEEN TATTOOING FOR 11 YEARS. So I told them I want the money back, so the owner comes over and says if I give him 5 minutes, he will come over and fix it. I just wanted to leave, I felt like we were tricked into being a guinea pig for this guy to practice on. After the fact, my friend and I put together that he’s been tattooing in PRISON for 11 years. I’m not knocking on where he learned but you shouldn’t act like you know what your doing when you don’t have the slightest clue. Again I feel so stupid for not asking to see his tattoo license, which I don’t believe he has one. This may be a great place to get a tattoo when the owner of the shop is doing but that’s not the experience I had. Worst of all IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY.
