So i get my grandmother's name on my arm (she's past away) and i wanted it all black but the guy recommended that i get color on it and said it'll look good it'll pop out bs and if i didn't like the color he'll re do it all black well the color sucks and i told him can he do it all black this time and now he's tryna charge me again for the same tattoo and when i tell him he's wrong he blocks my number I'll never go here again
