Went in to get my bridge pierced yesterday and it was very crooked. I got it removed today at another place and they said it wouldn’t have even healed the way that it was done. Super disappointing.

I recently got my lobes pierced here, and while one ear looked great, I experienced severe pain in my other. I took out the earring to clean it, and noticed that when he had pierced my ear, he went in with the needle in an upward motion. So I had to go and get it repierced at a different shop (pink elephant). The lady at pink elephant informed me that my previous hole was almost a half inch above where it should have been. Causing a lot of swelling and pain. I recommend going to pink elephant for piercings. However if you are content on going to Union Station, make sure you tell the artist to do it slowly, and make it straight back.

I got both my ears done, the daith piercing for headaches. Anthony was very professional and made me feel very laid back and comfortable the whole time. My friend got hers done too, she got a little light headed afterwards and he took really good care of her. I'm going to be getting both my ears decked out in piercings and I'm so glad I came here, because I will be coming back to get all my piercings done from now on. Definitely recommend this place for piercings. You won't regret it. Thanks Anthony!

I went there and got a dermal piercing on my face tonight. They were friendly on the phone. They were extremely friendly in person and very informative about the piercing. Answered all my questions. Not too expensive. A great experience overall. I would definitely recommend them and I would go back to Anthony for future piercings.

Went in and asked some questions about a tattoo I was getting. Staff were inattentive didn't seem very friendly. They didn't even seem like they were interested in giving a tattoo. First impression of them and the parlor didn't want me to return. Wish they had been friendlier.
