I called everywhere in Des Moines. They answered all my questions and very polite and professional. I went in and Anthony was my piercer he was great. I had both daith pierced. Very very happy. They were very friendly. Very clean. Great atmosphere. Everyone in there was wonderful. Will go back when I decide what piercing and tattoo I want next. Thank you again!

I honestly would rate this a -1. I came here on Saturday for my birthday. I specifically asked for a forward helix piercing with a labret. I was mislead into getting a gem (nostril type) today it fell out!. I would not recommend this piercing shop I was never educated how to place the jewelry back in. I'll stick with Lucky Gals from now on. Thanks Union Station for the amazing experience on my birthday! Seriously, who puts an 18g in ear cartilage?! FYI I was never id'd

Frankie was awesome! Got my nose pierced here about a year ago and knocked it out while drunk. Couldn't get my ring back in by myself so I came back in for help. He helped me for free, which was unexpected but AWESOME!

Love this place. Never heard of it until last night. They're open late enough I could get a piercing after I got off work. Anthony made the experience incredible. My septum didn't hurt at all and I love the way it looks. Will definitely be coming here for future piercings and tattoos.

Never had an issue here until now. Got some of my piercings and a tattoos done here, I had called the other day about getting ears sized up and asked how late are you guys open(because of Covid going on) and he kept saying well how can I help so I asked again 3x how late and he kept repeating well okay how can I help, like really? Kinda rude I thought
