So I got a tattoo over the weekend, and merl did amazing with all of the ink and the process went smooth it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it was going to and the atmosphere was pretty chill. It's a great place to get ink and these people know what they're doing. Will definitely be going back in the future for more ink.

I had my nipples pierced yesterday, and I didn't catch the gentleman's name who did the piercing, but he was very friendly and I was comfortable the whole time. Everything seemed very clean too, and my piercings look great! I feel so bad to see some of the bad reviews on here, about the walk-in customers not being acknowledged, but I feel that that is no way to judge this type of business; if they are busy working on a client than it's common sense to have patience until they have a moment to speak to you. Just wait, it will be worth it! I had a really good experience here and will be back for my septum piercing! Thanks to the mystery guy who did my piercings haha I will come back in February!! :)

We love the whole crew at point blank! But Merl is our favorite! My daughter and I have been getting work done from Merl for the past 9 years!!! Beautiful artwork! And we feel so comfortable at point blank! The guys all joke around and we just feel at home! Easy to get an appointment....and fun to hang out!

I asked to speak with the shop manager about previous art work done there. Person who answered claimed to be the shop manager and refused to give a name. He didn't care about the reason I was calling.
Rude and unprofessional to clients, overall bad artists with poor quality work.

My artist canceled on me twice. I understood the first one and was willing to work with him but when he canceled yesterday afternoon (approximately 20 hours before my appointment) it was the last straw. He has my phone number and that was worth a call not a 15 word reply to an ancient email. Exceptionally unprofessional. I won't be getting ~$2000 worth of tattoos done by him because he clearly doesn't need the business. Save yourself the run around and just go to a good place in Wichita. I've had work done in Wichita and it went far smoother than even trying to get on a chair here.

This was my first experience at point blank. I brought my daughter for her very first tattoo. Merl was very considerate of her because she's only 16, making sure she was doing well and comfortable. Our tattoos looked great! Overall a great experience

Everytime I want something done can't ever do it wether it's a tattoo because they are filled or a regular ear piercing because they don't have ear piercers there until a week or so. And this town is so lame its boring
