I called for a last minute decision tattoo and they were able to get me in that day. I was given an amazzzing job and I got the "minimalist" look I was going for on my thigh. It was quick, clean, very professional and a fun environment. I love having such a meaningful piece on me as my first tattoo!

Went in to get the tattoo I wanted. Set up an appointment, put down the $100 deposit and ended up having to change the day of my previously scheduled appointment. The man I spoke with, Todd, just made me feel super rushed to try and get in there. I would call to try and reschedule but was always given the excuse “I’ll have to call you back and let you know”. For 3 days this was the excuse I was given. I tried to ask for my deposit back but was turned down. It’s not a huge deal but I am just upset with the lack of ability to book appointments properly. I was told really great things about this place and i’m sure the actual tattoos received are great. I just wish the customer service was better.
Edit: My friend went to go get my money back for me and the owner Todd called JCPD on them. Got my money back though. The most unprofessional and disrespectful experience of my life. You would think a retired cop would have more respect for the people who make his paycheck.

I went for my first tattoo and Rick did an amazing job! I originally wanted an forearm tat and he talked me down to an ankle tattoo which was honestly a much better idea, would 100% go here again

So impressed with everything, from start to finish. Tony and I spent 5 hours of steady work on my arm and he was professional, funny, and pleasant to talk to. He made the 5 hours fly by. When he was done I was so impressed with the level of detail he had done, I cant wait for it to heal. I live in the Bahamas but I will be coming back to this shop,and having more work done.
