Jo is a miracle worker! The ball on my lip ring would NOT BUDGE as hard as I tried ALL DAY with pliers, rubber gloves - even having someone else try! From the start she told me she liked a good challenge - and she wasn't kidding! She was able to get the ball off, fit me with a new piece as well as a new nose piece! Could not have had a better experience! Thanks Jo!!

Thew did an amazing job, designed what I asked for in minutes, and had me done and out the door quickly. The whole place has a great vibe, is very clean, and the artists are cool. All I know is Jo is awesome !! I felt very comfortable and she talks to you threw the whole process. Explained all after care. I wish I had started here for my other piercings. Will be taking my daughter for her birthday piercing !!

Jo did my nose piercing and she made me feel totally at ease. The receptionist also made me comfortable while I was waiting and made sure all of my information was correct and that everything was set up when I was called back. I will definitely be going back to get my belly button re-pierced.

I just returned from getting my third tattoo this year from Brad (B-Rad) at Aftershock. I have had a great experience each time. The front desk is always staffed and the phone is ALWAYS answered. I have felt welcome and not like I am just taking up somebodies time. I had not been inside a tattoo business since the early 90's and they were never as clean as I have found Aftershock to be. I really can't say enough about front desk staff (I'm sorry I cannot remember names)
Brad takes the time to listen to what I want and is honest about how he feels about the piece. He is very personable and does not try to rush me out of the chair. Brad explains everything he is doing and ensures I know each step of the process.
Tonight I was also able to meet Al and John, two other artists. They were also very nice and welcoming and carried on a great conversation.
I would not hesitate to return and will continue to send all of my friends to Aftershock!
