Went in to get work done. Guy that was going to do my work was rude and talked about how hard it was going to be. He was very negative about wanting to do it. He also smelt like he was still drunk from last night. Lost my deposit but thank god I decided to not do it there. I will never be back!!

Front desk dude was rude when I said I didn't have my debit card to secure a slot, he also was about to charge me $130 for a scripted tattoo smaller than a deck of cards. Freaks on Broadway would charge $60. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of or treated like that. Fix your customer service.

Very unprofessional I called and asked to make an appointment they said its walk in hours. I walked in and the piercer walked out. Communication is key in business and they severely LACK the necessary skills to be up and running. They’ll be out of business soon.
