We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced. The piercing guy is fantastic and had all the information we could have hoped for. They took us back to a semi private room. By chance, no one else was there while we were.

Got my cartilage pierced here months ago. The guy that did my piercing did not know what he was doing and when he pierced my cartilage, it started dripping blood down my ear. Like it was a STREAM of blood. He said it was normal thing. This has never happened to me before and I have my rook and my daith pierced (at a different shop of course). Months down the road, I’m still having issues with it, even after cleaning it twice a day. I’ve had enough and finally decided to take the piercing out myself. Pretty sure my ear has a permanent scar from it and it’s still very painful after MONTHS. Also, the area where he pierces, it looks like you’re getting pierced from a janitors closet.

DO NOT GET A TATTOO HERE
They are horrible I wanted a simple heart and I was met with rude people and an impossible time trying to get it fix to the point, someone ten times better said because he new the guy who messed it up and know how bad he is said once it completely healed he would fix it.
The lines are awful and not even close to a good heart save your money and go somewhere good!
I also didn’t want it filled and he did, I wanted a small one and now if gonna have to be huge to fix the awful job he did.

I went in and got my Rook pierced my piercer was amazing...!! I will be going back there to get more!! He was very professional... He was very friendly let me know about my piercing before i got it done... All of the staff there were very nice...!

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. They did an excellent job. Took the time to make sure they were even. Would recommend over the mall places any day!! Better pricing and better service for sure!!!

I work with adults with disabilities and I have a woman that is obsessed with one of my tattoos and really wants one of her own. Called this shop to see if they could maybe do a temporary one on her arm for her so she could experience and they said no. Guess her money isn’t good enough for them. As someone with plenty of ink myself this is one shop I would never pay to give me ink if they are too good to fulfill a developmentally disabled woman’s wish for a “tattoo”. Really need to work on your customer service.
