Lacy and Dylan quickly put me at ease with understanding my feels. The procedure was quick and relatively painless which really surprised me. I am very pleased with my new glitter! This photo is day two so there is still some redness and swelling but not as bad as I expected it to be.

Just got a Rook piercing done today by Bret. Awesome job! Didn't feel a thing. Once I entered the shop excellent customer service from the get go. Very professional and friendly staff. Clean/ sanitized environment. The only thing I regret was not having cash on me. I paid with card assuming that I would be able to leave a tip when I sign the receipt but unfortunately there wasn't an area to do that. I would recommend any one to have cash on them if you want to tip. I will definitely be coming back to receive another piercing.

These people are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous! I plan to experience the tattoo parlor soon (haven't yet), but the piercing parlor is bomb-diggity yo! I plan on going here for ALL of my piercing needs! The prices are a BIT high, but it's worth it! This is one of those places where 'you get what you pay for' applies.

Decided to get my helix pierced on a whim today! They did an awesome job and it only took 4 minutes for the whole process, I waited longer than it took to actually pierce it. All in all paid $65 (service charge & jewelry cost), affordable and so worth it!

Great place to go to get piercings. They know exactly what they are doing and are reasonably priced as well. They also make sure that you are feeling well after the piercings before letting you leave. I got a little sick after my nipple piercings and they let me sit there as well as gave me a bottle of water to sip on. I haven't gotten a tattoo from here yet but I will definitely come back to try.

The place was hopping when we arrived, but the friendly staff behind the counter greated us as soon as we walked in. We took our 8 year old to get her ears pierced. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, which really put her at ease. Jordan, the artist who did her piercing, was so professional, kind, and explained every part of the process to us. Place was very clean. While we waited I had a good view of the piercing room. It was cleaned down and gloves were changed after every customer. Really impressed. Highly reccomend!!
