Went in today to get some fresh holes in my ears. Shi is their piercer and she is a positively delightful, personable, and friendly person. Professionally speaking, she knew her trade in both body piercing and worksite sanitation. I have intense anxiety and didn't even so much as fidget. I would recommend Shi to anyone.

Rick and Josh both made a great first impression! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had an appt for a piercing but changed my mind and wanted a tattoo instead. And Josh was still able to squeeze me in (obviously a piercing is quicker than a tattoo). Josh did an amazing job and price was more than fair! And even though I have a lot of tattoos, he still offered a couple different ways to care for the tattoo. I definitely recommend this shop! They will definitely be seeing me again! Honestly, no complaints at all.

Derrick was so nice. We talked throughout the tattoo process. Gave me a break as he seen I was stressing out. I wasn't stressing bc he was doing anything wrong, but I let him know from the start I HATE pain and he was listening to my sounds while he worked. I love my tattoo. It's about 3 weeks later and it's awesome. Since I followed his aftercare instructions, there's no blemishes. The detail Derrick put in this tattoo which for him was "childs play" the details are amazing. The veins in the butterfly wings r perfect and the lettering is awesome! Guess it depends on who u get and Derrick was awesome. He knew this meant alot to me and made it perfect!

I set an appointment for 7:00 pm. By 8:00, I was still waiting. No one checked on me and no one was wearing masks. A few times, they even coughed without even covering it. I eventually walked out because one of the workers was saying transphobic things about a customer. Very unprofessional.

They do good tatoo work there from what I've seen. I was there for piercing. They was super fast. They know their stuff. Only problem I had with them was location. It was hard for me to find them.. I highly recommend them if u looking to get a piercing or tattoo... the price was fair also.

I’ve called for months now to get my tattoo that THEY MESSED UP touched up and when they finally answered yesterday, they said the person who did my tattoo originally would call back on his break and never did. Poor quality, poor communication.... Will not be getting my business again ! It should not take this long to get a tattoo touched up that they originally did in the first place. Oh & to top it all off, it was a special tattoo to me in rememberence of someone that passed.
