My son got his first tattoo here and they charged $200(took 15 min tops) and didn't explain aftercare of offer/sell any product..I knew this didn't seem right so we went to a tattoo shop down the road and they explained everything , sold us some aftercare product after they explained everything and told us they would have charged $50 for the tattoo he got

I literally cannot give Carter’s enough praise. Wes has done three of my tattoos and I am never disappointed. They turn out beautiful every single time. The shop is a clean, healthy environment. Everyone that you interact with is very pleasant and friendly.
Wes works very quickly and his work is seriously so beautiful. It heals beautifully every time, and his hand is very light so I have never experienced much pain at all. He is only interested in what his client wants and feels comfortable with, which is a breath of fresh air.
Seriously, I recommend Carter’s to anybody looking to get a tattoo. I travel from 3 hours away to get work from here, and I never regret it!

I had a couple of 20+ year old pieces I wanted to get covered. After months of searching different artists and looking at cover up work they had done, I kept finding myself coming back to Wes. After a couple of sessions it's all done. Wes did a great job, professional and a great guy to chill with while getting some work done. I'll definitely be back and recommend Wes to anyone looking to get some new ink done.

Had an amazing experience at Carter's! I was originally the only one going to get a tattoo, but I ended up roping in three other friends to get tattoos that day too and the artist, who I think goes by Doughboy, did an amazing job on all four of our pieces! Very clean and professional! I would definitely recommend and I'm already planning my next piece.
