I will say the service was excellent but I got my piercing back in September and it still hasn’t healed. I regularly cleaned it and cared for it, but it never healed and was incredibly painful process. I ended up having to take it out recently because it never healed and would bleed or get badly infected.

This was my best experience when getting a piercing; Ashley was so gentle and talked me through the whole process of getting my conch done. She made the environment very comfortable and did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to Tatu for about 4 years now and I have never been disappointed! Ana has always been my piercer; (she’s the best btw) and she always makes the experience relaxing and quick! She is super gentle, kind, and talkative when she pierces and it makes the experience so enjoyable! All of my piercings have healed beautifully and i’ve been so pleased with the aftercare and friendliness provided by Ana at Tatu! She’s definitely a hidden gem for piercings in the 502!

We took our triplets here tonight to get ears pierced. Ashley was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She asked for consent, explained every step, and showed genuine care for each of our kids. She made the process so easy and memorable! Highly recommend!!

Took my niece to get her ears pierced and she was scared to death. The ladies that helped us were wonderful. Made her feel comfortable and left with cute hoops in her ears. highly recommended

If I could give you all zero stars, I would. Ana is one of the most talented piercers and is the most AMAZING and personable yet professional person I’ve ever met. Y’all really lost the best you had. I’ve gotten 18 piercings by her. Needless to say, I’ve been there countless times. I will NEVER go back.

Myself and my friend both got piercings from Ana and she was absolutely fabulous. She made the process so easy and almost completely painless. Highly recommend Ana for any piercings and will definitely be seeing her in the future!

We arrived at 4:44, completed all the paperwork needed and were instructed the wait was one hour. After one hour and fifteen minutes passed I went to ask how much longer. One of the front desk staff lectured me about phi. I chose not to argue about it. And she didn’t check how many people were ahead of us. I understand PHI except, if the papers are PHI then they shouldn’t be left on a tray where anyone can actually read them and take them.
We sat for another 15 minutes and when my daughter asked if it would be her turn soon the front desk person answered “I haven’t had the chance to check but I haven’t skipped anyone “ After another 30 minutes my husband asked and this lady checks the pile and informs him that they already called her and slips the paper at the bottom of the pile and says it will be another 45 minutes!!!!
I was so angry. I never left the stupid hall in which they instructed me to wait, 2 hours wasted and they couldn’t care less. What’s the point of taking our phone if they won’t even bother using it to contact us after they ask us to wait in the hall, and also, I never saw them rip my paperwork…. The PHI that by the way they willingly informed me have no interest I properly protecting it.
I didn’t get a chance to see if the people are good or bad because their costumer service sucks.

i got my nose piercing done by Sarah Jean because i heard multiple good things about her on the reviews. BEST DECISION EVER! she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she knows her nose piercing info very well! even though my nose got a piercing bump she has been helping me through every single step and constantly giving advice and reassurance. i plan on getting more piercings done by sarah jean!

It was about a 2 hour wait on a Saturday from waiting in line to put my name in the list to getting seen. Highly recommend Ashley! Not only is she really knowledgeable and does her piercings quickly, she's easy to talk with and a lot of fun!
