I’ve gotten many tattoos done by Tim and I refuse to go anywhere else. By far some of the best experiences getting a tattoo was in his chair. He always lets my friends sit in the room and is always joking with us making the environment comfortable. The tattoos he’s done are some of my favorites! I would 100% recommend!

i have been pierced by Ana for majority of my piercings and she has done amazing on every single one. she’s super sweet and pierces quick and effortlessly and gives honest opinions if you ask her. she also always makes sure you have the proper care for your piercings! thank you so much!

I don’t really have an issue with the place itself. I was a walk-in and waited a hour and a half, and they told us we couldn’t leave or they would skip us. So unfortunately we had to sit there the entire time. They let a group of 8 teenagers go before us which took forever. The receptionist was very nice and joked with us when we were signing in. I was nervous and she reassured me a nose piercing is basically painless. My piercer was great. I didn’t feel it at all, and I asked her multiple questions about different things besides the piercing. My friend’s ring fell out on the 2nd day and they refused to replace it for free. I bought the gold with cubic zirconia for an extra $35, paying $80 in total. It turned brass in one week. They refused to replace it, or give me my money back for the piercing. Not worth it to get anything but the basic one. I liked it but I will be going to Piercing Pagoda for my next one. I’m extremely concerned by the unprofessional, snarky, and immature responses to reviews by the owner. That convinced me to never spend money here again. I was intending to get my belly pierced here but I read 7 too many reviews about getting an infection, specifically staph and sepsis.

Ashley was amazing. She explained the process and aftercare thoroughly. My daughter (7) was getting her ears pierced and Ashley was great with her. I was getting a piercing as well and she put us both at ease.
I love how she explained consent for my daughter and that at any time she just had to say she wasn't comfortable anymore and we would be finished.
Highly recommend Tatu and Ashley.

I went to get a tattoo and my daughter got a piercing. the reception/attention received from start to finish was excellent. the hygienic conditions were excellent! I would go again!

Went to buy a new nose ring and Ana was very helpful and patient. She was very gentle when changing my nose ring. She is phenomenal! She was so amazing and I ended up buying more than I came for.

I’ve gotten my conch and my helix ear piercings at this place and i have never been let down. My earring came out and they put it back in for free. The people there have been nothing but nice everytime i’ve gone in there. I will definitely be going there for the rest of my piercings.

Got a rib tattoo by Tim, best experience exactly what I wanted. He went through different placement options just to make sure I liked where it would be going. Was overall hilarious and super nice. I would go back in a heartbeat. Felt beyond comfortable. And pricing was good. Highly recommend

Amazing environment everyone is friendly! Decided to have Josh Tullis do my Ghost Rider tattoo and he did not disappoint. I do not regret having him doing it. Will for sure go back to get more done.
