Ashley was super sweet! Made the entire experience relaxing. However I think my piercing may be infected. She did warn that my psoriasis may make it swell more or get infected easier. I couldn't get an industrial bar piercing there because they said I did not have the anatomy for it. They explained what it was but then I ran into someone the next day that had the same type of ear but they had an industrial bar piercing that they got at Tattoo Charlie's.

Staff was friendly and all but the piercing was botched, and considering all I got was another ear piercing, something that should be really easy and common at a piercing shop, I’m incredibly disappointed that they managed to do it incorrectly. Not only were the piercings noticeably uneven but also for some reason spaced really far apart. I will say I’m extremely thankful that I was able to get my $60 refunded without any extra hassle. The receptionist was very apologetic and professional about the issue.

Three of my daughters have gotten their ears pierced here and I had a helix piercing, by three different piercers. The piercers at Tatu are obsessed with cleanliness and safety, which was the most important thing to me. They are happy to move the target if you don't like the suggested location of the piercing. I also love how friendly and welcoming they are, so that it feels at home when you walk in.

amazing each time even with all my questions.

As far as piercings go, this place is a great choice. I went here to get my nose pierced because it was convenient and I was feeling impulsive, the piercer was fast and friendly to the point where I don't regret my random impulse at all. I also brought my friend here to pierce his ears and he was pretty nervous, but the piercer who was working was so excited to see him get his first piercing that his nerves eased up and he finally got what he had been thinking about for over a year. They give you good info on the care for your piercings, overall if I want to pierce anything else I'll probably come back here.

I got to have sarah for my belly button piercing. She was amazing and so sweet. She made sure I was okay with the placement of my piercing and was so welcoming to me and my mom!! we love her 🤍

Ashley was amazing and came highly recommended by a few friends. This was my 3rd piercing and she was 10 times better than my first 2 experiences. I will be back to see her for more after these heal. No pain. No bleeding. Took time to measure and explain everything. She’s amazing!

I got my little girl's ears pierced today. So great! They were fast, very clean, and so sweet to my child. Even got 2 ladies to do both of her ears simultaneously. A much more professional experience than Claire's. Highly recommend!
