I got my first tattoo here and my mom got a matching one and they were so kind and did the design exactly how we pictured it. My sugar dropped while I was being worked on and the owner was so nice he walked next door and got me a water. I have been to a few tattoo shops before with family members when they got tattoos and none of them have had such nice staff as this one. We will be coming back to get another one soon.

I get you have the right to refuse services to anyone. But working in the health care services and being in the nursing program & just moving to Alec (only here because my surgeon is here & I WILL be moving back to my hometown because it’s HORRIBLE here) I wouldn’t treat anyone the way I was treated by these people. I told them my complications regarding my smiley. I literally just wanted it out, not change, just out. My friends and I tried, no one else was open. I was in so much pain and yet they still wouldn’t help and it wasn’t the fact they wouldn’t help. They didn’t even have the decency to give me the “call back” that they so called said they was, knowing I needed help. If you didn’t plan on helping me you didn’t have to leave me hopeless. At least tell me you’re not gonna help. I wouldn’t leave you like that in the hospital. Literally a college kid who doesn’t know this town. I can say I hate Alexandria. Thankful I got it done it Pineville where I reside. Thank you.

Took my daughter for her first tattoo! She had drawn the picture she wanted. So we got matching tattoos and very satisfied! Very nice and friendly people and clean and organized! Will be going back for sure!
