Heather at Lucky 7 Studios was very professional when I went in for my nose piercing. I loved her spirit & personality. The piercing didn’t hurt at all, but it was just a pinch. She thoroughly explained the healing process to me when she got done with me. I was also dealing with some things in my life & she gave me a hug, which I needed the most. I had an amazing experience with this shops piercer, Heather! First and foremost she was such a warm and comforting presence which can be so good for the anxiety someone can get when sitting in a piercing chair!
So I went in to get my conch pierced and I had a few questions on whether it would look weird with my ear shape or if I should go for something different and she took time to look at my existing piercings and discuss with me what would help further my aesthetic to make my piercings look more cohesive. She was also so quick with the piercing itself, I didn’t feel a thing! Very professional and knowledgeable about about the aftercare needed for my specific piercing and gave me her contact information if I had any problems outside of what we had discussed.
10/10 would recommend! I will be returning!

Heather is my absolute favorite piercer! She did my 5yr Olds ear rings and was outstanding with her! Super friendly and informative! She also did my tragus and conch. Definitely going back for more. I only trust her ❤

Heather at Lucky 7 is wonderful! My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced. Heather was so patient and explained the whole process to her so well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I also got my second lobe piercings and a rook piercing. It was over before I knew it. Heather is awesome at what she does. I highly recommend you go see her for your piercings needs.

My friend and I went in yesterday for their Friday the 13th flash day. We got there and put our names on the list around 5 pm. We waited and waited until after midnight. That’s when they sent everyone in the shop home and made everyone reschedule…even though it was flash. The whole point of flash is it’s quick and same day. The designs were cute for sure, but they were more detailed which is going to take more time. They also only had 2 people tattooing and nearly 100 people on the list. It was just… a mess. Everyone there was very nice, but so many people were upset with how it went. Aside from that, my friend and I were going to get matching pieces from the flash sheet and she lived 2 hours away. She was so upset that she said she’d never go back. I was only interested in matching her and having the experience together, so after she went home I went to the counter and asked if I could just cancel mine and get a refund since I waited 7 hours. They said they aren’t allowed to do refunds because it’s shop policy. But the thing is I had JUST watched them give cash to a girl who pitched a fit over having to drive so far and then go back home. They refused to refund me. The only option they gave me was a gift card for the amount I paid. So now I have a gift card I’m never going to use. My friend had been going there for years. She has 8 pieces by their artists so I trusted that it would be okay as I’ve never been to this specific shop. I do wish it would’ve gone more smoothly.

Heather is an absolute beast with the piercings love her joyful attitude and spirit! Oh then there’s De! oh how we love us some De she gives us the best customer service always with a beautiful smile and a great personality. If you haven’t been to see them you need to! You’ll leave with a smile Guaranteed.

Went to Odd for my ear piercing. She's awesome! Front desk and other staff were also amazing. Highly recommend this place. They also do custom tattoo work. Great place, great people, great service.
