This place was amazeballs! We check with them via telephone for seat availability. A nice young lady answered the call and said sure come right in. We can get you in for sure. So we took the drive. We were greeted by her smiling face upon arrival. She walked us through the whole process from start to finish. We were checking a price on a piece when I noticed the gumball machine and decided I wanted to do that. So I pull a 100 out and at the mercy of the machine, threw 2 quarters in to get what I was to receive. I received exactly what spirit intended for me to get. Dave tatted me and did a phenomenal job with the creation of my newest piece. Shannon tatted my wife and did great too on her 100 dollar random fun. It was a great experience in all. We will warn Shannon has a little bit of a heavy hand, so maybe not for the first timers. This place is it, look no further! Stop in for a lifetime piece! We will be back!

Steven was freaking awesome! Got my wife and I in as walk ins, listened to what we wanted and enhanced our ideas into two awesome tattoos! Fair price and AWESOME work with such clean lines. Definitely would go back for another.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Austin Pullens pierced my bridge completely crooked because he didn't have a sterile clamp, so he free handed it and given how inexperienced he is, it turned out horrible.
The manager, Kai, outright refused to give me a refund, and told me they could not do piercings right now because they had troubles with an inspection, the result of which as that the shop had to send in there equipment to get sterilized properly.
Another worker there recently tattooed a minor and brought on an investigation of some sort. When I refused to tell Kai who my inside source was for that information, she started yelling at me and demanded the name so she could fire them for airing out their dirty laundry.
She claimed I "had" to tell her, and I told her I DONT, just like they DONT do refunds.
BAD BUSINESS.

The staff at Big Easy were great. They worked with me on pricing. And Stephen was phenomenal getting my desired tattoo shrunk down to fit on my wrist. His attention to detail was amazing, especially with such a small pic!

My husband and I stopped in during our vacation. We both ended up getting tattoos. Chris did mine. David did a coverup tattoo for my husband. They were both very professional, fast, and friendly. They both did amazing jobs! We will be back next time we are in town.
