I've gone to a few different tattoo shops here in New Orleans and this was by far my favorite experience! I received a medium size piece from Angelique (@wildroottattoo on IG) and she did an amazing job. I came in with a design and she worked with me to pick out the best size, colors, and placement and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience with Lucky Dagger and the tattooers there was absolutely amazing. Their artists are extremely versatile and easy-going, you’re sure to find someone just for your art preference. Not only that, I’ve never walked into a tattoo shop and felt so welcomed like Lucky Dagger. All the artists are extremely friendly and open to conversation. I got a custom dragon done by April Jay. With it being my second tattoo, I felt like April answered all of my questions and concerns- I truly felt like I was in the best care I could find. I recommend this place to just about anyone that’ll listen. Seriously, you’re in for a good time at lucky dagger

Getting a tattoo from April was definitely a highlight of my year. I always get nervous to meet new tattoo artists but April as well as the whole staff were super friendly and conversational. There was never a dull 5 minutes. Not to mention the really badass tattoo that I got. With the idea that I sent in, I really felt like April understood my idea. It came out just how I wanted it. The place is super clean, friendly, and skillful. What more could you ask for?
