Set up an appointment the day of, and they were able to see me 2 hours later. Wonderful staff and my artist was able to modify my design to fit the area I wanted it on. Excellent work, as painless as a tattoo can be I'd imagine. After healing the line work is still impeccable.

Erik was the most professional, courteous, and conscientious piercer I’ve ever had. He made sure I was comfortable and made me feel really at ease. He was so polite and my daith piercing is PERFECT. it looks so good and I can tell it was pierced well/correctly because it’s not hurting or anything a few hours after getting it done. i could not recommend him more. I’ve never written a review for anything ever before but he was so great today that I just have to. Honestly, he’s the most respectful “body mod” artist I’ve ever had, including all the tattoo artists I’ve had (I have multiple tattoos and piercings, each done at a new place by a different artist). so if you’re in nola and need a piercing or want your jewelry changed (he changed both nose rings for me today too) go to him. 10/10 DEFFO recommend.

If google allowed me to give less than a 1 star review I would. Went to this location on our vacation and wanted to get matching tattoos as one of our memories from our trip together. Prices made us feel as if they were purposely taking advantage of tourists. Would definitely recommend friends to vist New Orleans but i would never recommend Pigment Tattoo to anyone...

Came in and asked for a piercing album of the available piercers; and was met with weird looks, they offer to let me look at some jewelry while I wait. Next thing I know some bon jovi looking dude trying to strongarm me into getting a piercing before I was ready, threw me in a chair and opened the sterilization packs before he did the placement. Said “you seem like you’re new to the piercing scene” after he led me to his station and tried to put a hoop in my unpierced nose because he didn't ask me what i was there for. After I went back up front for paperwork and came back he jabbed me with a toothpick (dipped in ink) repeatedly trying to do the placement on my nose, which he seemed unsure about. Never had anyone do a line up or a placement this way. Gave me super weird vibes and made my nose hurt so I canceled on that. I offered to still do the belly button piercing, but then his placement crooked and way above my naval.(I have a flat stomach and legit no need for a floating piercing) I ended up leaving instead of getting anything bc of that, still took the time to tip bon jovi 40$ for his time, and he was complaining about me wasting his sterilization packs on the way out. Unprofessional af. A nose piercing is 60$ and I tipped you 40$ for your weirdly egotistical consultation that took up 10minutes of your time, with literally NO OTHER customers waiting in ur dead store. would not recommend if you are a resident or visting from out of town.

Went to change out my jewelry from a starter jewel to a hoop. My nose is mangled by Erik. Hoping the scar he made will heal. I don't know why he had to cut up my nose to put in the hoop. It was great before it made it into his hands. Didn't even give me after care instructions for the wound he made.

I was VERY nervous to get a tattoo; but while it was painful it looks amazing and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend Sean, he is kind and makes sure each client is fully satisfied. He didn’t make me feel bad about being nervous, which was appreciated. The receptionist was super funny and sweet, and she was right, I’m already thinking about my next one 😄☺️

First off the sweetest woman who welcomed us in was so kind & helpful.
Sean Harrington was wickedly talented. I got something small for more of a sentimental reason but looking at all his artwork around me while he was doing my tattoo made me want to get something else done. Beautiful fine work. Will be back.
