"We are a tattoo shop that caters to locals and visitors. Come choose from our hand drawn designs on the wall, peruse our books of historical flash or we are more than happy to draw that custom tattoo you have been thinking about. Our tattooers look forward to doing tattoos of all sizes from small mementos to Japanese body suits, which we have much experience with. Tattooagogos artist are born and raised here with have deep ties in the community so you don’t have to worry about us leaving town in the middle of your large scale work. The studios hours are noon-8pm everyday but we also offer appointments starting at 9:30am for those people who like to get their day started right. We offer the work your body deserves."

I am in love with this shop and I’ve been to many tattoo shops. All of the artists are knowledgeable and courteous, each artist has such good portfolios it’s hard to pick one. I went with Chris and he gave me the design I wanted and more! The shop is comfortable and very clean. Chris was very patient with me and collaborated so that we made sure that my tattoo was the work of art I imagined it to be. I will be working with Chris again in just a few weeks for my next tattoo, I recommend Tattoo A GoGo to anyone!

So I did a thing in New Orleans! We drove in from San Antonio Texas to spend a few days for my wives bday. While there we had the great idea to get tattoos! Well, we called around and most places were either booked out or didn't answer the phone. While driving around in the Garden District we found this gem and decided to try our luck! My wife gave Scott Allen the design I wanted. Now... I'm a first timer. I know... 40+ jazz musician with no tattoos. But i was determined and Scott drew up an amazing design for me. He took his time, explained everything, tweeked the design From beginning to end he was so professional. Great music playlist of 70s funk and really felt at ease and safe. They took all the COVID precautions and i felt very good about this place! 1.5 hrs later i had my very 1st tattoo and the beginning of my sleeve. Scott was amazing, lines are clean shading was good ( I might have watched way to much Ink Master!) Just over all a great 1st experience and now... I'm coming back so Scott can do some more work!

I just got a tattoo here from Chris, he came up with a beautiful design for a fairly large back piece on really short notice, I’m SO happy with the finished result. It was probably the most painful area of my body that I’ve had tattooed up to this point, and I was shaking pretty hard but my twitchy muscles did not affect the quality of his work in the slightest, and for the size of the tattoo he finished quickly.
Great vibes, very fair pricing, skilled artists, would 100% recommend.

It was the closest tattoo shop to where we were staying. The name hooked us. The 4.7 rating hooked us. The service is excellent. The employees are friendly. One thing we learned from them is when you go to a new town and you want to know where to eat, hit up a tattoo shop, they talk about food all day long while they're there. LOL @scottallentattoer is a gem.

Very unprofessional, waits to the last minute to notify the clients on issues. The boss is very argumentative and just trying to make his shop looks good for their mistakes. Nobody was going to leave an unattended baby in the waiting room. You waited last minute to make conditions instead of communicating ahead of time on the situation. Come with the facts not stupidity. I know many people that got Covid but still can communicate through phone or text messages or in some way. Just because you are acting unprofessional doesn't mean the clients are wrong. Don't wait last minute to do things and problems won't happen.
