Amazing Staff! I had some very particular accessories I needed for an event and they were so helpful in finding them! Everyone was super nice and genuinely seemed to love what they were doing. Special shout-out to the pink haired manager who was an awesome help! Definitely going to be my new go to for all thing accessories or squishmellow 😅

Can't get too many good deals nowadays but their buy 3 get 3 is pretty good. Minimum cost for getting ears pierced was $39. Considering you can get them done at another shop for that price I didn't think that was great

I love it when employees decide to close at random hours. No notes or explanations on why. At least throw up a be back later sign with something to indicate when you're closing the store, doesn't take much effort.

Got my second holes pierced here. I gave it 3 stars because it was a much better experience than getting my first holes pierced. However, I was not aware ahead of time of how expensive the prices would be. The chart they show doesn't have prices on it anywhere, and I would have been better off going to a professional piercing place where the prices are lower and it is done without a piercing gun.

very cute stuff here, I love the aesthetic. however do not get your ears pierced here, in which they use a piercing gun. which in simple terms, using a gun to pierce your ears is like stabbing a pencil through paper, vs using a delicate needle. i do not recommend them for piercings. however everything else is super cute and dandy!
