I frequently come her to either get tattoos and piercings or get a change out, the new girl I believe her name is Brittney is kinda rude and very rough! I prefer Janet over anyone she’s the best! Will not be letting Brittney near my piercings again !!!!

When I’ve previously messaged them on facebook with inquiries and shopped there the customer service has been great, but sadly can’t say the same for their piercing service. Went in today as a first time piercee trying to get a simple nose stud. The girl that took my id was not friendly at all which should have been a red flag. Due to covid my fiancé could not come in with me to hold my hand, which I can understand because the laws and the social distancing mandates obviously I’d have to go alone. Would have been fine if I didn’t feel entirely anxious and uncomfortable with the staff there. I was given maybe two minutes to breathe and pull myself together before the lady started complaining about having to hold up the needle because she had carpal tunnel. The entire time she was being condescending and due to her telling me she wouldn’t be able to hold her arm up anymore I felt like I was being rushed which added to the anxiety. She was not comforting at all. First of all, if you can’t hold a needle for 5 minutes while I try to work myself through an anxiety attack you may be in the wrong profession, but that’s not my business. I left and was told I wouldn’t be able to get a refund since she had already opened the needle. Safe to say I won’t come for piercings again and will not recommend it to anyone else either.
