Store workers dont seem to know anything about what they're selling. Kid behind the counter sold me the wrong piece for my water pipe 3 times, I was told I couldnt return it (obviously unused). I've been in looking for a carb cap for the past few weeks and everytime they dont have any but say "the manager just ordered some, come back next week". I'm bummed out on the crappy experience because I actually like the products they carry and some of the workers, but I travel nearly 2 hours in each direction to shop here.

This is the second time I have had a piercing change done here. The first time the ball fell off a few days later. But today this one fell off literally only 5 hours after I got it done. When you pay 13$ To have a professional body piercer put in new jewelry it shouldn't be coming undone hours after š”š”š”š”
