Rob responded immediately to my online inquiry for services. He accommodated us, helped to draw up the idea I had in my head (and nailed it). He was so easy to talk to, and this made the experience so much more comfortable. All needles came from packaging opened in front of me, and all areas were clean! Love my tattoo!!! Thanks man!!!

The artists and piercer actually care about their work and you can tell its a passion for them, not just a paycheck. Rob is the only person in the area I would trust to do my large blackout tattoos. Other shops in the area just dont cut it.

I was unsure what I wanted and he took the time to listen to my ideas and helped me come up with a cool design that turned into a beautiful tattoo. I have some anxiety and rob does a great job making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend if your thinking about getting a tattoo Disconnected is a great shop!!!

Absolutely amazing time, my piercer Nick was very knowledgeable and understanding in my caution after having the same piercing done very poorly in the past(different establishment). He reassured me and did an amazing job! I have gone back for all my piercing needs since.
