Amazing- High quality work. If your looking for a clean tattoo shop with years of experience this is your shop. They charge a fair price for their top notch work. I have had tattoos in Boston, LA, Cape Cod and other spots. This was the best shop yet. Other shops in Old Orchard in the same area were WAY over priced and extremely unprofessional. Tom is a master at his craft and runs a great shop.

I was in there this past weekend and my best friend and I got matching muffin tattoos. I don’t remember the man’s name that did them but he was amazing. No pain, no scabbing and he was super nice. He really was good. Totally recommend this place and the man that did ours.

I’ve been wanting to get a simple tattoo for my four kids for awhile now so I thought why not get it during my little impromptu trip to Old Orchard Beach. From the moment I entered Mad Hatter’s, I knew I was in the right place. Ken listened to everything I had to say and created a tattoo that was exactly what I had in mind. Unfortunately, I accidentally wrote down the wrong day on one of the birthdates for my kids and I was so upset with myself but I knew I needed to get it fixed so I went back in two days later and explained to him that I messed up. Ken was nothing short of amazing! He listened to me explain what had happened, giggled with me about it for a minute and then got right to work on creating a way to fix my tattoo. I had come up with some crazy ideas on how I thought I wanted it to be done until Tom stepped in and gave ken and I an idea that ended up working perfectly and now I love my tattoo even more! Everything was clean and sterile and Tom and Ken are so nice and laid back with a great sense of humor which makes the experience even better. Whether this is your first tattoo or 100th, this is the place you want to be! Thank you so much Ken and Tom! I look forward to coming back for my future tattoos.

They have treated me like a close friend or family every time I'm there. They have amazingly fair prices, better than any other tattoo shop around here. My last one was one for my nana and the owner even double checked that I wasn't spending all of my cash. He cared that much to make sure I wasn't going broke. Incredible
