I got my septum pierced the other day here, and I'm so happy I did. This place is so clean and sanitary! It has a really cool vibe and cool people. I called and they were very welcoming, they said we could come in that day (this is really late too, like 6). Other places I called said they were booked and that the piercer wasn't there, but pins and needles was like yeah sure come on in! So we went, and there were come kinda sketchy hoola hoop dancers outside the place (but don't be weirded out!) because when I walked in it was a completely different feel, it was safe and relaxed and clean (with really nice black leather furniture). We got in there and they signed me to do it. My mom and my sister and dad were there and the guy was so patient and nice to all of us. As I got it done he used gloved and sanitized tools. He let me know what would hurt and what to expect, pierced it very fast and effiencently. THE BEST PART is that it is SO cheap! I called another place to see how much it was to pierce my septum and he said $70, but this place pierced me for $35! I thought it was a quality thing but I trusted my instincs to go and it was great. Go here and you'll have a great experience no matter if you're a 6'5" guy or a 5'2" younger girl! Go here!

The artists here are amazing! Got a memorial tattoo for my puppy plus an eye brow piercing.! Amazing work! Going back for another tattoo in about 30 minutes. John is the greatest!

I get in right away or a few minutes wait , that is great for me because I never have free time so in and out is what I need , Kelly and the owner are great I've got most my tattoos done by them and will be continuing to see them.

I got my nose pierced alongside a couple friends a few months ago and everything has been fine so far. My only complaint is that I didn't get to choose the jewelry (other than saying I wanted a stud rather than ring) and was never told what gauge the stud is. I'll have to buy 20G and 18G jewelry to find out what size it is once I'm ready to change it. I definitely plan on coming back for more peircings, though

I got my first 2 tattoos here and they were done by Stephan and it looks like a jail tattoo. Worst 2 tattoos on my whole body, I Now have over a dozen that I got at death or glory in Westbrook. I would not recommend this tattoo shop for anyone who wants a good tattoo. Also they are rude and talk down to you ( as a owner would to their dog) poor service and BAD TATTOOS!!! DONT GO!

Idk about tattoos but piercings are a no. I watched the guy refuse to correct where the customer before me was getting her dermal despite her requests. For myself, he ridiculed my body and refused to listen to me and my mother when told the piercing was crooked. Proceeded to pierce my belly button, cockeyed, and then blamed me for his mistake. The piercing was also very deep and had to be removed do to the fact that he pierced it inncorrectly (causing a lot of pain) and tilted. His ignorance was a waste of my money. But the other guys seemed very nice and from the work they had up they looked like great and talented artists. Just avoid the piercer..(he didn't even tell me his name)
