Excellent service down to earth staff this is my second tattoo from them and Mike and the gang will get my business again. Clean, comfortable and fun. If youre looking for cookie cutter tatoos from fake, ass kissing yuppies go somewhere else if you want great work from real artists you can't go wrong with Pins & Needles

Went in buy new body jewelry, prices changed each visit and customer lacked “shine,” but it’s a standard tattoo shop and I got what I needed and everything looked clean and sterile.

WORST PLACE EVER. If I could give this a negative review I would. I went there for a piercing. Apparently, the individual who did the piercing is now in prison. Didn't clean my ear, I had to tell him to do it. Put in a bar that was FAR too short into my ear - to the point it cut off circulation and blood flow and is now extremely infected. I went back to have the earring changed - for which oh by the way I had to PAY FOR!! I am pretty sure I paid for it last time I got it pierced. Oh and then two days later - because the balls weren't tight the earring fell out. WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY! I have dozens of piercings and tattoos, I will NEVER step a foot back into that place unless its to file a lawsuit for a case of MRSA.

I took my 4 year old to get her ears pierced here instead of the mall. They were beyond friendly and super relaxed with my daughter. They went above and beyond and made her feel so comfortable! I am going to head back there to get some tattoos!!!!!!!

Poor customer service with a pretty heavy lack of professionalism. I guess they didn't do a totally terrible job on the 6, small numbers they tattooed onto my back. It wasn't a complicated tattoo but I really would've liked them to be straight and look more presentable considering they're there forever.

Pretty sad when you mess up three words. Very unprofessional and overpriced for what you get. I now have to go to another artist to have it fixed. Absolutely disappointed and will never go back and will not recommend anyone to this place.
