the shop seems cool and all, but i'm very upset with my experience with the (or lack thereof). they say to book, fill out the form on the website or email the shop or artist. i emailed brittany to ask what her availability would be during the time i was in town (i'm from texas). i did not get a response even though she knew i emailed her (i commented on an instagram post they'd just posted to highlight her "emailed her!" and she liked my comment). about a week later, i emailed her again to confirm she received the first one. nothing. i filled out the booking form on the website. nothing. 2 days later i decide to email the shop. nothing. if you're going to list email as your primary form of communication, don't leave your clients hanging. such a shame.
