This place is great. I had my nose pierced here and they made the process comfortable and quick (shoutout to Big John). Staff is very friendly and overall just a positive atmosphere. It may be a little of a wait but they move quick and is totally worth it. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable, go here!

i came here for my nose repiercing after it got infected the first time, and big john did a fabulous job! i didn’t feel a thing. i also had a great experience getting my tragus done. about a month later my piercing fell out while i was cleaning it and he was more than happy to put a new one in! i recommended three other friends for piercings and they all said they had great experiences. could not recommend this spot more! it’s clean, the staff are friendly, and you get exactly what you ask for and always leave satisfied.

Shane was amazing with our girls who were getting their ears pierced for the first time. I received a second piercing on my ears as well. Everything was clean and they took extra precaution to make sure everyone was safe. Shane was very personable and made us feel at ease as well as professional. We highly recommend.

I’ve gotten my belly button and my conch pierced at Best of Time and they were both phenomenal experiences. John is always friendly, patient, and reassuring. He makes the experience as easy and fun as possible while doing an excellent job. He’s also extremely thorough and makes sure you have aftercare and know how to clean your new piercing. I won’t get piercings anywhere else!

John gave me an awesome tattoo that I’ve wanted for a while now. While simple, he was still able to add touches to it that completed transcended it above what I was originally imagining. His input really left me even more satisfied and I’m happy to say I’m overly content with my tattoo. He was also very descriptive on the aftercare and just an all around good guy with dope vibes. Was getting both conches done today by Big John … Stella dude and true businessman … after bringing in a 3rd set of eyes to confirm final placement, we were all off … one was higher than the other… sh’* … instead of making it more of a problem, Big John immediately asked if we could revisit during the week to reshoot it … he made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and we’ll reshoot during the week …

After having my ears pierced at a kiosk when I was young and still looking a little lopsided, I wanted to avoid the same fate for my daughter. I went through all the places in the area that would pierce a child's ear and found Best of Times Tattoos and Body Piercing accepted kids, was well-reviewed, offered similar prices for kids and adults, and had great availability for a piercer on staff.
Big John did the piercing and he was amazing. When I spoke to him on the phone he was able to make a same day appointment. He remembered our conversation when we got there and was more than prepared for my child's piercing. To calm her down he explained everything from how the piercing industry works to his views on Star Wars, which my daughter greatly appreciated.
Even though she wanted to do it, my kid is a bit of a crier. Big John dealt with that amazingly well too. Even though he was able to pierce the ears quickly and efficiently, he let her take the time to adjust. He even reopened my second of piercings I'd close.
Big John ended by telling us both how to take care of our piercings, asked us to call if we had any questions or concerns, and offered that we could come back in six weeks when my kid wanted to switch out her studs with a new pair of earrings. It was the best experience I've ever had getting a piercing, will be recommending Big John whenever I can, and we'll come here if I need any more done in the future.
