Got my kids footprints tattooed here by Will! Staff was friendly & my appt. was on time! He did a great job! Also, they offer free touch ups if needed! Please do not try to take advantage of a free touch up! It is NOT for if you want to add something or change your tattoo!!

Words cannot describe amazing, polite, and down to earth the crew is at Red Octopus. I'm newer to the tattoo world, but Pat and the lovely ladies up front made me feel right at home. The overall craftsmanship they offer is astounding. The staff and artists are experts at what they do, and always lend a helping hand in your design process. I'll be for sure a return customer at this location, theres no one else I'd feel comfortable.

Man I had Kira pierce my lip like 3 weeks ago and she pierced my nose yesterday and my friend's septum. Literally the best work I've ever had done. This is my 4th time piercing my lip and I'm loving how easy she made it for me. A true professional. Such an awesome and personable person. GO SEE KIRA YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED💯💯💖🌸

Red Octopus is everything you want in a tattoo and piercing shop. Amazing artists, knowledgeable, easy to work with, clean, friendly, and incredible. I have seen Pat for all of my recent art and he is a genius. He has also done touch up work for me and brought older art back to life.

Horrible experience. I was the first one there, and I was kept waiting for over three hours before I walked out. Everybody else was taken back before me. I was totally ignored. When someone did talk to me, he said that he'd try to see about finding someone to do the tattoo. Over an hour later, and watching him tattoo others/chat with staff, he got some guy to come out. The guy that came out told me my tattoo wasn't possible. Any artist worth a darn could have done it. I asked if he might be able to simplify it. He said that he'd do a sketch. He took back other people, did other tattoos, and just talked to others instead of helping me. No one, I mean NO ONE, bothered to check on me or at least tell me that they were aware of my existence. Customer service is a JOKE. And so are the "artists"

Haven't been to this location but have been to 1 of the other locations and absolutely love the work they do I have 1 tattoo and a few piercings always have been the best so this location will be awesome also. Will be making an appt. For 1 piercing and I need 1 other piercing redone its half way open just need to get the rest of way. Thanks Red Octopus.
