Great place to get a piercing. Took my teen here to see Jake who is FANTASTIC; patient, knowledgeable, funny, and good-natured. The shop was impeccably clean, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, and their service procedures were effective and well executed. We felt like we were highly valued as customers; therefore, we will definitely come back for tattoos. They are well worth the money, and I have nothing negative to say about my experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my wonderful experience. Booked my appointment for AB back in March for July 15.. that was his first opening.. I was a little bummed I had to wait so long, but I am SO glad I waited, it was so worth the wait. I was ecstatic when Kim called earlier in the week and said they had a cancellation and could get me in sooner, and alas it was done yesterday! AB is truly such an incredible artist, and I’m so glad I chose him for this tattoo. It is a memorial tattoo (for my dad who passed away a few years ago), with his handwriting from a card in the middle of my favorite flower.. so it is super special and important to me, and he nailed it. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it and I have told everyone about your shop! I will definitely only use this shop for any future tattoos I want! If you get told you have to wait a bit, trust me it is soooo worth the wait to get artists of this caliber who are truly exceptional at what they do. Plus AB is just a down right cool guy, very nice, very professional. I was shocked at how fast he finished it! Plus he had me laughing (he knew I was a little nervous but he put me at ease) and was just good conversation. Thank you all so much, I needed this tattoo for my grieving heart, and it turned out exactly as I had hoped.

Walk ins welcome, what a joke.

I attempted to do business at this establishment today. I arrived at 10:01, one minute after opening. The gate was half open. So, instead of barging in, I asked the lady if they were open. She stated we open at 10:00. I looked down at my watch and noticed it was 10:01. Before I could tell her that it was past 10:00, she states someone will be right with you.

For 10 minutes, 2 women remain at the main counter. I’m never welcomed in. I’m never asked if I’m interested in a tattoo, or if I’m just there to waste there time.

Maybe the best tattoo artists in the world, but definitely not welcoming of walk ins as stated.

Great friendly staff , great service, Clean shop. My artist Kike Torres let me change up my idea a bit when I got there and was supportive of it also added his great ideas. Overall 10/10 experience. Definitely returning back to him for future work.

This rating isn’t based on the piercer cuz Mike is great at his job! It is based on the lack of communication. I understand things happen. People get sick due to Covid. I drove from another city to be on time for my appointment. To cancel on me when I arrived wasn’t very professional! Then to tell me you could take me later that day… like WHAT! Were you picking & choosing?? I was already there! No PHONE CALL! Yes I’m still upset, wouldn’t you be. I drove 45 minutes for nothing! This could have been prevented! DO BETTER!

I do got to say that I absolutely love my tattoo by Kike❤️ I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I want to thank everyone there at olde Line tattoo who helped me answering my questions also getting my tattoo it was the best atmosphere "They played my kinda music" and it just was very professional and clean, I felt very comfortable! Thank you olde Line tattoo. If I can give you more than five stars you definitely deserve it❤️❤️❤️highly recommend.

Got my 6 year olds ears pierced, the staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. They made her feel very comfortable, will def be taking my other girls there for piercings.

The piercer totally screwed up my ear. Not only did he give me an industrial which 2 piercers from another shop agreed I don’t have the anatomy for (this being after I had gotten it and I was looking for advice to heal them since it wasn’t healing), he pierced me with a bar that was too small, and one of the piercing holes was totally crooked forcing the bar to push my ear to an unnatural position. I urge everyone to do their research on whoever the current piercer may be.

Was tattooed by AB, turned out absolutely incredible and I couldn't be any more pleased with the result. Incredible guy and amazing work. You definitely get what you pay for and I got my expectations blown away entirely. Thanks Olde Line & AB!

turned away twice. Heard good things from multiple people about this place but they seem to be too picky about what they will and will not do.. at the end of the day it's our body and we are paying customers.. odds are we will go somewhere that wants to put the effort In and to be paid accordingly. If you want a "new" run of the mill tattoo not in any "offensive" areas Heard this is a good place. If you want a true ARTIST willing to WORK and let there CRAFT shine... its my experience it ain't happening here.
