We had a PHENOMENAL time with Dave! Our 6 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced and we did a lot of research before deciding on Big City Body Art, and we don’t regret it at all. Dave was patient, calm, and very informative, guiding our daughter (and us) through every step of the way. My daughter was nervous but didn’t even shed a tear thanks to Dave’s gentleness. The aftercare instructions/package were so helpful. The facilities were clean and beautiful, and we are going to recommend Dave to all our friends for their kids’ piercings!

The automated systems and reminders are a good choice for keeping track of customers, the shop is clean, and even through their renovation it's never felt unsanitary. It'll be nice to see the shop once they're done and I absolutely love the private rooms.

I came in to get my nose pierced by Dave. Upon arrival he was so welcoming. I told Dave about my past nose piercing experience and how wrong it went. He gave me all the info I needed to be confident this go round. Big City also sells after care kits which is an amazing touch! He made the whole process so easy as he was cracking jokes and letting me know what he was doing every step of the way. Process was super quick with minimal pain. I will definitely be returning in the next 6 months to change my jewelry.

I went in for a rook and a tragus piercing. I was immediately met by my piercer Dave who was super friendly and funny. After filling out my paperwork, I was taken back to where I was going to be pierced. The room was bright and extremely clean. Dave was very informative and told me what he was doing while he was doing the piercing. Both piercings went fantastic! When he was done, Dave explained how to take care of both piercings in great detail. I highly recommend the shop and I highly recommend Dave. Thank you Dave for a great experience!

I went today for my first ever piercing on both my right and left earlobes. After finding Big City from these reviews, I was impressed with the experience. The studio was clean and Dave was very personable. I felt completely at ease during the process and the piercings look awesome! :-)I would definitely recommend Big City Body Art to anyone looking to get tattoos or piercings.

Another great experience at Big City Body Art with Dave. He's great with children and made my daughter so comfortable with the whole process. I love how well he measures her ears and makes sure they're even. My older daughter had her ears pierced 3 years ago with Dave so I knew we'd be back for my youngest. Maddie did amazing with my helix piercing today. She has been around while I've gotten tattoos and is always so lovely to talk to. Maddie goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you get a piercing you fall in love with. Dave has also pierced me twice and is very thorough in his after care process. I will definitely continue to go to big city for future tattoos and piercings.

One hundred percent would recommend for children’s ear piercing! Mr. Dave did an amazing job with our 6 year old - he explained the process thoroughly and the piercings look great and healed well. The shop is super clean and the staff is knowledgeable, professional and so kind!

Maddie is great! Had my lash extensions done at a place in Walmart and they kept coming off. Went to see Maddie and she took the time to evaluate my lashes and began to take the old ones off. Se is gentle and careful while she removed them and put the extensions in the correct way took her time and care while replacing them. The staff and place are great! Great atmosphere and vibe. Thank you guys and now I have great looking extensions!
