DIO IS THE MAN!!! He was professional, clean, great conversations and was quick but gave amazing quality!!! He also gave great ideas based on pictures I gave! Everyone is nice there!! I will be back after I forget about the pain of a tattoo to get another one!! THEY ARE AWESOME!! Picture attached is right after he was done. I can’t wait until it heals. Oh… he drew this on me, no transfer!!

Jose did an awesome job on my tattoo, I love it! The line work is neat and clean and I love the shading! He was also very helpful by letting me know that small butterfly tattoos fade quickly and suggested I get it bigger with thicker lines, so I did and I know that was a very good idea. All my friends and family loved my tattoo also!

Came to get a Medusa piercing but left with bilateral nostril ones instead. Their piercer (whose name I think is Dave??) advised me against it due to the possibility of oral health compromise. He was incredibly helpful. Facility is clean and organized. I also specially like the kit they sell for new piercings. I’ve had nostril piercings before that I had to remove due to poor healing but a few days into these, and I can already tell a difference, so if you can buy the kit, do it. I would definitely come back if I lived in the area.

Ear piercings seem so trivial a thing to get, but I’m glad I took the time to learn a little more about it to know that piercing needles are the way to go, not those clunky piercing guns that were how I got my ears pierced decades ago. That, in turn, was how we found Big City Body Art. I made an online appointment with Dave for my son’s first pair of lobe piercings.
The space is well-appointed, organized, and professional. At no time did we feel steered or rushed. In addition to his many, many years of experience, Dave is so clearly passionate about his work and has a facility with sharing that passion with people, especially a nervous person getting his lobes pierced for the first time. He respected my son’s space, giving him the time to decide on studs and answering all his—and my—questions thoroughly, patiently, and with good humor. As far as piercings go, Big City Body Art have my unreserved recommendation. Thank you, Dave, for a positive and informative experience.

I took my 9 yo daughter there for ear piercing and we had an excellent experience. Scheduling was easy and the staff at the front desk were so nice and helped my daughter feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dave was extra patient while preparing for the piercing despite my daughter being very nervous. He calmly talked her through the steps and let her know that what was happening and waited for her to be ready for each step.

My daughter got her nose pierced yesterday by Dave at Big City Body Art and I have to say the experience from beginning to end was Great! The lady at the front desk that checked us in was so helpful and friendly and gave my daughter so much information on how to take care of her piercing and what to expect. Dave made her feel so comfortable and explained step by step what he was doing that the total experience put my daughter at ease. Dave was very friendly and professional, and it was over in a matter of minutes, and she loves it so much her twin sister plans on getting her nose pierced also in a couple of weeks.
