A few days ago I went in for 2 helix piercings. When I arrived at the shop I was instantly greeted by the staff. They were very warm and friendly. The shop was a neat and clean place, I noticed the tablet I used to check in and the chair I sat in to get my piercing were sanitized after use. The pricing seems pretty good too. After checking in I was lead to the chair by Dave. He was also friendly and nice. I liked the design and decor of the store. It was cool and gave off positive vibes. Some people may not like it if their piercer says breathe in breathe out before they pierce, but I appreciated that. It helped me feel calm. The pain level I would say was a 3 for me, it was like a quick pinch and then then it was over. Overall I give this place a 5 because they have a friendly staff, clean environment, fair pricing and most of all I'm happy with the way my piercings turned out. However one small thing I'd like to say is I wish they put their jewelry online , it would be easier to see what their jewelry looks like so when you go in you know exactly what you want to buy or it could be helpful for people who can't come buy the jewelry in person but besides that this is a great store and I will definitely be coming back for more piercings in the future.

I called Big City Body Art on a whim to see if they did jewelry changes and thankfully Dave answered and confirmed that they did so I went right over and he not only changed my jewelry but went over with me proper care for my piercing. I had it done at the mall and it was swollen and wasn't done correctly. I am so glad I called because my piercing feels so much better. No more pressure from not having the proper jewelry. I will definitely be back and I'm bringing my sister for Xmas present and I'm probably gonna be getting matching tattoos with my siblings there as well.

I went to Dave for a nose piercing purely based from his online reviews. I had the most wonderful and pleasant experience. I was nervous about the procedure. He made me feel so calm and comfortable. He is extremely thorough with guiding on size, placement and care. The measures he takes for COVID safety are on point. His shop is very professional and clean. I will definitely go back to him if and when I decide to change the jewelry piece. I highly recommend his shop and services.

Went there yesterday to get a couple of tattoos. I’ve only ever gotten tatted and pierced in this shop. The environment is friendly and clean and good for first timers and experienced clients! Dio and jose are really professional tattoo artists and maddie and Dave are really informative and amicable in their craft. Prices are reasonable and the work is always well done even after months :D highly recommend 🤍

We came here for my 11 yo daughter's ear piercing today. Dave was amazing, so personable and did everything to put my daughter at ease. He walked through a trial run with her so she knew what to expect, was precise in placement, and their quality of their jewelry and the care kit was top notch. He is even doing a check up on the piercings in one week, and made sure I knew when he was available for any questions or concerns. I'm a nurse, and I was thoroughly impressed at their commitment to maintaining a clean environment and equipment. I will definitely be back for my own future piercing/tattoo. Thanks, Dave!!!

But I knew jose through one of my closest friends and so I had a little more trust that he would do a good job and he did a fantastic job. I loved it here. I was greeted as I walked in the door. The staff was friendly and encouraging. I was nervous at first. I had a vertical labert done by Dave and he was soo kind and precise. He told me how it would feel, to prepare me. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!
