Maddy was Great!
I recently brought my daughter in for her first piercing.
A nose stud for her birthday.
Maddy was awesome. She answered all our questions and made the piercing session quite fun. Maddy has a awesome bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable and serious about her craft.
She made sure my daughter was aware of all of the steps she was taking during her piercing session. That helped to calm her nerves alot.
The shop is very clean. The piercing area is clean. All tools used on my daughter were clean and santized.
They have several jewerly options.
I would recommend Maddy for piercing and would return to this shop.

I took my daughter to get an industrial piercing, but after consulting with Dave, he suggested that we wait as her earlobes were not the best fit for an industrial piercing. He could have easily did the piercing to complete a sale, but suggesting that we wait, speaks volumes about his integrity and character. Although my daughter was disappointed, we appreciate Dave’s honesty and advice to wait. As a result, my daughter opted for a nose piercing and she loves it. Dave did a phenomenal job, gave great advice and excellent customer service. Clean and neat location. Dave ensured sanitizing and temp checks. Very pleased and will be going back to get my nose pierced as well. Definitely recommend.

Dave and his team are awesome and very personable. Dave gave me lots of information on choosing the safest nose ring as well as piercing after care. Dave talked me through the entire process which I appreciated since I didn't know what to expect. The studio is clean and well lit. Safety measures are in place for covid-19. I had a great experience and definitely recommend Big City Body Art!!

My daughter wanted her ears pierced, but at the same time she was very nervous. Dave was fantastic. He spent time explaining everything to her, showing her the equipment, telling her what he was about to do, and joking with her. He did an excellent job keeping her calm. Her pierced ear lobes are adorable. Because he was the only person in the shop that was able to sell jewelry and do piercings there were some distractions that took him away from my daughter as he dealt with other customers, but other than that it was a great experience.

Dave is amazing at explaining the process, answering questions, and making sure you know what to expect. I got my nose pierced and went back the next day when I accidentally scratched my nose. He checked it out to make sure everything was good without hesitation. Worth the price for the professionalism, cleanliness, and results. If I ever decide on more piercings and/or a tattoo, I'll be back.

I was looking for a body piercing place that was close to home, clean, professional, and patient. Dave was all of that plus informative. I received a nose piercing in Oct 2020. I purchased the cleaning supplies they suggested and followed their guidelines for maintenance and cleaning. I haven't had any adverse reactions. It looks great! I will return to change up my earring. I would recommend.

Just got my septum pierced and as someone who is terrified of needles, this was such a great process. I researched the reviews, walked in immediately knowing the person who was doing the procedure.
The men at the front desk, 110% welcoming. You can tell the tattoo artists care about placement of body work if you have actual jobs ( I was being nosey haha). But overall, my experience was great, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Thank you Dave and everyone apart of Big City Body Art. I would gladly come back.
