Now I need a new tattoo in remembrance of my Brother, he died from cancer than he got from Agent Orange at the end of Vietnam and the beginning of Desert Storm. Set up an appointment to get a small tattoo and put down half deposit. Then covid hit. I called multiple times to go over multiple things. One being the design itself, another if they were open through this, and another to get my money back after having neither of my calls answered or returned. Disputed the charge with my bank and somehow they managed to keep the deposit. So I'll be in touch with them soon to see if they make this right
Edit: I called right after leaving this review with no answer or call back yet again. Even if your shop is shut down due to covid you cant just leave your customers hanging. I emailed 7 hrs after Justin replied and still have not received a reply or phone call. Unfortunately I'd have to suggest people look elsewhere at this point. I'm not planning on hearing back after numerous phone calls and the requested email

Great tattoo shop met my Artest Brad great guy did outstanding work he made my tattoo look outstanding he took his time stayed and worked on my tattoo an hour after closing time just to finish deffantly going to be spreading the word. Great place great artist 110% worth it
