I've been going here for 5 years for piercings. While I can't speak to the tattoo side of it, they have always been clean, professional, and friendly, including throughout this past year with covid.
They care that you're happy with you're experience, and always walk you through what they're doing and why for the piercing.
Other piercing/tattoo places I've been to have felt a bit intimidating, but Lucky's has a very welcoming atmosphere. I've also seen other places have cheaper services/jewelry, but in exchange for lower quality jewelry. At lucky's you can get implant grade titanium basic pieces (which are the BEST and cheaper than gold). Whilele their jewelry/services are possibly more expensive compared to other places, it's 100% worth it for the quality of service and jewelry you get.
