Natalia is the absolute best! Got my first tattoo here and it was pretty big, took 5 hours and I didn’t even feel any of it she had such a light touch. She has the best calming energy and I will go back to her for all my future tattoos, love her! Such a good experience and atmosphere.

Went to re-pierce my nose and the piercer was nice, but did not tell me how much of a hassle it would be for me to get a ring. The friction a ring causes is a recipe for piercing bumps. When I reached out to this place 3 times for a remedy, no one responded to me. I will not be going back and I need my money back.

Dan was awesome!! He did both of my tattoos and was very easy to talk to and funny! He made sure my experience was pain free and made sure I was doing okay. He also made sure I liked the location and sizing of my tattoos. It was my first time getting a tattoo and it was a great experience. Whole staff is very friendly and they got me into my appointment right away. Highly recommend and will be going back!

happy with my tat....but not the cost. I am not one to haggle over services already rendered, but considering my tattoo took a total of 20-25 minutes start to finish, including creating the design, I feel like $150 was too much....... should have been shop minimum $10

I got my nosed pierced around three weeks ago and my friend and I had an appointment, waited 25 minutes while at least three men sat behind the counter not doing anything. After the piercer came out he didn’t let me check the placement and was very unnecessarily aggressive like he had somewhere to be . The room was covered in early 2000’s magazines of naked women and had a lot of conservative posters as well. Not very women friendly, not professional and not somewhere I would recommend.

I went in for a nose piercing, I called a few hours ahead of time and came in the same day. Everyone there was really nice and I was out of there in 25 minutes, it was very quick and everything seemed nice and clean. I will be going back if I get any future piercings. Cost around 70 dollars 👍

I went in for some ear piercings and I waited almost an hour for them to sterilize the room. I asked my piercer if he had any advice for piercings because my ears have different anatomy than most, and he just told me to pick what I wanted... but I didn't know what I wanted! When I was getting my piercings done, my piercer didn't even mark anything to show me what it would look like first. And $35 per piercing PLUS the cost of the jewelry is a little much compared to other places I have visited. They were all super nice, but not sure how I feel about going back.
