Talented artists however, I had an appointment scheduled for some touch ups and a new tattoo. Got a call day of my appointment telling me they had to reschedule and would give me a call back to set something up......Still haven’t heard from them and it’s been a month already. Taking my business elsewhere. I have been going there for years back to when it was called Masterpiece. Disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about the artist who tattooed me and the staff at rt9. Natalia is the most amazing artist she did a really intricate piece to perfection I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Natalia and staff! I will definitely be back for more:)

Prior to my most recent visit to Route 9 Tattoo, I had 5 of my 6 other tattoos done at other studios. While I haven't had a bad experience at any of the other studios, this most recent visit to Route 9 has me convinced that all of my future tattoo work will be done here. I will detail the reasons why my experience here was so positive by breaking it out:
Easy Process: I initially send a message in via Facebook to get an idea for how to approach a consult. All of my other tattoos are relatively small and haven't required much pre-work or discussion, but this project was much different. Someone got back to me in a matter of hours and very clearly explained to me what to do. I stopped by the shop one night when the artist that I wanted to work with (Natalia) was there. I spoke to her briefly and explained my idea. She let me know what timing would be good and how long to book an appointment for. She also explained that we would work out the details via text as we got closer to the date.
Finalizing the Design: I sent reference photos and details/meaning to Natalia via text. She replied with a couple of drawings and some follow up questions. We very quickly and very easily came to a final design that literally made my heart skip a beat when I saw it.
The Tattoo: Natalia made the entire experience enjoyable, comfortable, and easy. I was at the shop pretty much all day, but it flew by. Throughout the experience I saw that the shop is clean, everyone is professional, and they're dedicated to giving their clients a great experience and a beautiful tattoo. They care about their art and the people that they're working with on it.
Overall, I highly recommend Route 9 Tattoo and I also recommend Natalia as an artist. I reviewed the work of all of the artists there and they are all incredibly talented people, so you can't go wrong there, but Natalia is amazing. She also clearly communicated the care of my tattoo and when to stop back in for her to see how it heals and what to expect from any next steps that we may need to take (touch up, etc).

Natalia was recommended to me by a friend, so I called to set up a time to meet and talk with her about some ideas. She was very nice when we met and I was super excited to work with her. I needed an artist to draw my tattoo as it was a large back piece. We looked at some pictures and talked about ideas. She gave me contact info and asked that I email her the pictures so she could have them to look at. She said give her a week. She replied when I sent her the pictures so I know I had the right email. Two weeks later I sent her an email after having not heard anything, and one week after that I sent her one more. I never heard from her. Very VERY disappointing.
